   We only accept returns for unopened and unused products. If the product has been opened or used, we will not issue a refund. All returns must be made within 30 days after you receive your order.

   Once we receive your returned product, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that it meets the return conditions. You will be notified within 3 to 7 business days regarding the outcome of the examination.

3. Refund Processing
   If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Return Shipping Costs
   Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
